Y Garth is a semi-detached cottage, located in the heart of Ferryside and can sleep six people. The cottage has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a bathroom, a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area. Outside there is roadside parking on a first come, first served basis, with additional parking in the free public car park 50 yards away. There is also a small, enclosed, rear courtyard with furniture. Y Garth is a wonderful base for your self-catering holiday. Sorry, no worker bookings, stag/hen parties, single sex parties or similar. Property became Pet-free on the 7th October 2019.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, WiFi, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring own beach towels. Roadside parking on first come, first served basis. Additional parking in free public car park 50 yards away. Sorry, no smoking or pets. Shop and pub 2 mins walk. Beach 3 mins walk. Note: Railway station with regular trains 3 mins walk, minimal noise can be heard. Note: no stag/hen parties or similar. Please enquire with office if unsure as no single sex parties allowed.
