This luminous space has an open layout that features a living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The multiple windows allow a perfect transition between the interior and exterior spaces. The house is supplied with all necessary amenities that one would need.
Our fantastic outdoor area is perfect for having fun all day and de-stress. The back yard features a barbecue grill, Mediterranean grill, stove, sink, and fire pit on the countertop, a gazebo full of LED lighting where you will be able to share moments with your loved ones.
The cherry on top of the cake: a fun game room furnished with a full sized pool table, ping pong table, three arcades, and duel TVs.

Music and loud noises are not allowed outside AT ANY TIME and there is a quiet time policy from 9PM to 10AM. We care about respecting the local rules and being outstanding members of the community, this is why we have a noise detector located in the living room and one in the patio. This measures decibels ONLY and detects higher than normal levels of noise so you can avoid any disagreement with neighbors and The City of Los Angeles. This home does not cater to large events/parties/bridal showers/baby welcome/ and any other party like occasion. Airbnb and The City of Los Angeles have implemented a NO PARTY policy for all short term rentals and management has a zero tolerance so please don’t ask.
