Villa Luis Azul welcomes guests to Portugal, and one of our newest villas available from early 2020 that can accommodate up to twenty people, being an ideal choice for any big group, from large groups of friends or families travelling together, to corporate trips.
This spacious air-conditioned property is located in Botequim a residential area in Lisbon outskirts, less than 3 km from the beach and 15 km from Lisbon. The interior with 9 bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, games rooms and a roof top, bring the so desired fun and relaxation when on vacation.
Moving towards the exterior further amusement await as a private heated swimming pool 10 x 10, an extensive lawn with 20 sunbeds, a volleyball net, a basketball hoop, and plenty more, are at guest's disposal.
The surroundings do not fall short of things to do, as within a short drive to Costa da Caparica a handful of amusement and sport facilities can be found. Within walking distance from the villa guests can find a mini market, restaurants, coffee shops, bakeries, stationary store, pharmacy, aesthetic centre, gas station and ATM.

Summary: Clean, spacious villa. Big rooms, good communal areas. Clean, big pool area, lots of loungers. Definitely need a car as supermarkets and restaurants are a drive, long walk to the beach. Villa is in a safe, quiet area. In the kitchen it would be good to have 2 dishwashers, a proper draining board and more mugs as it's a villa for 20 people and so a lot of crockery is used. Overall it's a lovely villa, great communication with the owner. Highly recommend.
