We have a private lot and great neighbours. The home is located in Tamarac. It is an over 55 community with a clubhouse and a pool and it is heated. This is five minutes from Indian Shores Beach and is close to many great restaurants and Pubs.

Summary: This is a great property - spacious, well equipped, and just a few miles from the gulf beaches. We stayed for a few months while we were in between houses - it has a spacious garage where we were able to store our household items. The neighborhood is quiet and has great walking paths on a golf course covered to a park right next to the property. Ruth is great - very friendly and responsive. I highly recommend and would absolutely book again in the future!
