Sip coffee on the front porch, enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, cozy up by the indoor fireplace, or take in some hammock time or games in the fully fenced backyard, or relax on the covered back deck.
3 bedrooms & 2 baths home with a family room, and a spacious kitchen. Master bedroom offers a king size bed, a 6 drawer dresser, 2 night stands, a chair, a walk-in closet. The walk-in closet includes hangers, a suitcase stand, and a chair. The master bath offers dual sinks, a jetted tub, and a shower with a hand held shower head. The second bedroom is set up like a second master with a walk-in closet with hangers and a suitcase stand, two nightstands with ample drawer space and a bench for seating and storage. This bedroom also has direct access to the hall bath. The third bedroom includes a bunk bed with a twin size over a full size bed, that sleeps a total of 3. *Twin on the top bunk is intended for the weight of a child. This room also has a tall dresser, a closet with hangers and a suitcase stand, and a bench for seating.
The family room includes a sofa that seats 5, with 4 of the seats being recliners. There is also a love seat that seats 2, and the fireplace hearth offers additional seating as well. The family room has a bookshelf with multiple puzzles and games along with a snowman making kit (eyes, nose, mouth, etc).
Our home provides a fully equipped kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and we are generous with the kpods. Teas are also available (black tea in k pods and herbal for brewing in hot water). We also include pots/pans, plates, glasses/mugs, silverware, sponge and wash rag, dish soap, paper towels, dish towels, and food storage.
We provide giant connect four, giant jenga, corn hole (boards are kept in the garage due to weather), a badminton set (would need set up & taken back down), frisbee discs for frisbee golf located a short walk away at Woodland Lake Park, two mountain bikes with helmets, sleds, cooler, picnic basket, a foldable wagon, folding chairs. A hammock is also available. You will find the hammock stand behind the 3 Blue Spruce trees in the backyard and the cloth portion of the hammock is kept in the garage (due to winds and weather).
Relax on the front porch with two rocking chairs and two patio chairs. The back deck has a patio set for 5 and a patio table with seating for 6. The back deck also includes a grill for your use during your stay. Our backyard is fully fenced.
Wifi is available. We have smart TVs, so bring your codes for streaming your favorite apps. TVs are provided in the family room and the master bedroom.
You are welcome to park in the garage. Garage entry height is 6'. All of the roads to the home are paved and plowed in the winter, the driveway is not plowed. There is a snow shovel in the garage. Contact us directly if you have issues with excessive snow on the driveway.
Per the HOA, absolutely no parking on the street. We have a garage and a driveway for parking.

Our home is NOT for this type of use. Should we learn of any of these events taking place, you will be asked to vacate the premises and you will lose your deposit. This vacation rental is in a neighborhood with permanent residents. Your right to use this privately owned home is conditional on not disturbing the neighborhood. If we receive any complaints regarding noise, activities, or trespassing that disturbs neighbors, you may be asked to leave immediately. We ask that you are honest about your guest count, it can change, but you must let us know of any extra guests staying. We will only rent to guests and require that the responsible party to be at least 25 years of age. This is not a party home or a gathering spot for friends not named on the reservation. No pets are permitted. No smoking anywhere on the property.
