This bungalow at Bellingar Estates sits not far off of North Valley Road in Newberg. You are in the heart of the wine country region with tasting rooms and vineyards in every direction. It is just a short jaunt to some of the most incredible food and wine in the area. Just next door is 'The Old Schoolhouse'. It is an incredible venue for weddings, receptions, and other events.
This one bedroom bungalow was recently renovated and furnished. Everything about it is brand new. Relax after exploring the region on the cozy couch that also folds out into a sofa bed. It is great for kids or smaller adults but may not be completely comfortable at certain sizes. There is a full kitchen and dining room all open to the living room. The sliding glass door opens up on to a slightly sunken patio with views of the newly planted vineyard behind. The Chehalem Mountains are along the horizon behind.
There is a newly furnished bedroom with a frame canopy bed and full bath. You will find tasteful and elegant appointment of every room within the Bellingar Estates bungalow. An air conditioning unit has been added to the bedroom.
This bungalow is part of a duplex and both are 1 bedroom 1 bath short term rentals. If you can't find it while searching, let me know if you would like to check on availability.

Summary: We stayed at the Bungalows with a 1 year old. The stay was comfortable. It is easy to contact the hosts over messages as necessary. It was smooth process to get a late checkout as well albeit for a fee. The location is great if you are looking to explore wineries in the region. The complimentary tasting at the estate was great as well, and the tasting room was cozy.
