Positive: Roomy, house seemed hot even with mini splits on in the living room and bedrooms. Bathrooms were hot no AC ventilation. Kitchen was missing lots of the usually provided kitchen utensils and pots and pans. What was there was not nice. The power for part of the house went out on our first day night. Was told try beakers to see if it would work. Search for box and found one outside turned some on and off but nothing. Later they called and said there is a second box in the bunk bed room tried that one and it worked!! It was a long evening trying to trouble shot the problem and no wifi . Once the second box was found and reset by me the wifi came back too!
Negative: It was missing a few items we normally see in rentals. The house was hot during the day and the mini splits didn’t seem to be able to keep it cool.
Summary: Nice house could be made a lot better adding more kitchen utensils better quality and usable.
