This immaculate beach house was built in 2022 and boasts updated finishes and stylish decor throughout. When you arrive, skip the stairs and use the elevator to send luggage and groceries to the upper levels. An open-concept great room encourages quality time spent together, featuring vaulted ceilings and practical luxury vinyl plank flooring. The chef in your family will appreciate the spacious kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances and a coastal inspired custom backsplash. At the end of the day, you'll look forward to retreating to the top level primary bedroom that includes a stunning, spa-like ensuite bath with soaking tub. Four additional bedrooms on the mid level (two of which include ensuite baths) provide plenty of space and privacy for larger groups or multiple families vacationing together. Downstairs, the game room is the perfect late-night hang-out space (no bedrooms on this level) and provides access to the pool area. It also features a wet bar with full-size fridge for convenient poolside drinks and snacks. The private pool can be heated, ideal for Spring and Fall getaways.
The Currituck Club offers a variety of other recreation options that will give everyone in your group something to do, including five community pools located throughout the community.
