The Space:
Designed by the architect who designed the Vittoriale degli Italiani, residence of the poet and scholar Gabriele d'Annunzio, the Villa has been renovated and transformed into a charming residence. It can accommodate up to 8 people in 3 cozy double bedrooms equipped with 2 bathrooms with bathtub and 1 bathroom with shower. The dwelling is spread over over 200 square meters of surface but the property exceeds 750 square meters with large outdoor living spaces like the internal ones where you will be welcomed in a very bright living room - completely open living room with walls and ceilings made of white glass windows with moldings. in iron. This evocative room of the house houses the dining room with a comfortable long table but also the living room with sofas and armchairs that will allow you to sit comfortably "facing" indoors to observe the waters of the lake below.
The kitchen is also very particular, with an American peninsula, equipped with a multi-burner hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes and cutlery, utensils, coffee shop, toaster and kettle.
