Positive: The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh sheets and towels. The buffet breakfast was great, with plenty of choice. Great value for money. It was fairly quiet as it was the start of the season. The hotel is also very convenient for exploring the northeast side of the island, with some lovely beaches and interesting places nearby.
Negative: The room although clean was a bit on the small side and we had twin beds rather than the double we requested. However the beds were comfortable. There is not much privacy in the room regarding the toilet and shower, which are both glass doors and with gaps. It was also strange having the sink in the main part of the room rather than in a separate bathroom and toilet area. There wasn't kettle in the room either so we had to go to the bar and pay for a cup of tea or coffee. The pool didn't open until 10am so we couldn't have an early dip. However there were plenty of sunloungers if you wanted to spend a day poolside.
Summary: A lovely, clean hotel and great value for money.
