Our spacious, smoke-free home features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for families or groups seeking comfort and convenience. You can also request access to the garage. Enjoy your stay in this tranquil neighborhood!
We will not be interacting with our guests unless requested by them for an emergency. We believe in guest privacy when we host.

The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances, cookware, utensils, slow cooker, blender, Keurig making meal preparation a breeze. A spacious dining area is also available for enjoying meals together.
Step outside and enjoy the serene atmosphere of the outdoor space. Gather around the cozy outdoor fireplace for evening chats and roasting marshmallows. The outdoor seating area is perfect for meals or enjoying your morning coffee.
As part of the HOA, guests have access to a refreshing swimming pool, where you can take a dip, relax on poolside loungers, or soak up the sun.
Within the neighborhood there is a walking path, park, soccer field and HOA pool all accessible by foot or vehicle. Also great for scooters, bikes, skateboards, etc.

Our Airbnb is conveniently located in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a short 10-minute drive from the beautiful Florida beaches. Spend your days sunbathing, swimming, and enjoying the sandy shores. Beach towels are provided for use. Daytona Beach, a vibrant city with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options, is only 15 minutes away.
