Welcome to The Blue Bungalow Sioux Falls! This NEWLY REMODELED 4 bedrooms, 2 bathroom home is in the HEART of Sioux Falls!. Located in a quiet neighborhood with an occasional helicopter flying over head to the hospital. We are a short walk from Avera hospital and minutes from downtown Sioux Falls; where you can find restaurants, bars, and entertainment. Quick access to I-229 to get to any part of town very quickly.
The Blue Bungalow features modern design and is super clean. The granite countertops and comfortable furniture make this place feel like home. We have a full kitchen that is fully stocked to cook your favorite meals. There is a large Smart TV upstairs and downstairs set up in guest mode so you can sign into your favorite streaming service and we are fully stocked with board games, cards, dice to make fun memories with your friends and family!
Our famous Falls Park is a very quick drive and Phillips avenue has all the bars/restaurants you could hope for!
