Positive: Location, pool and the size the outlay of the house.
Negative: Floor boards aren’t polished inside which isn’t a nice feeling knowing they can’t be cleaned properly. Some fixtures like door laches don’t work or a door that barely slides on the track.
Summary: House served its purpose was a lovely family getaway. Kids especially love the pool.
