Positive: The location in the old quarter of Hanoi is perfect and you probably won’t find a better location. The apartments are spacious (we had a one bedroom and a two bedroom) and are complete with fridge and washing machine.
Negative: One of the two rooms we had was perfect and couldn’t be faulted. The other had water damage, smelled musty and both beds were noisy every time you moved. Kind of felt like the rooms were owned independently and managed which means the quality of your experience depends on the room you get.
Summary: Great location and facilities with your experience dependent on the room you get.
