There are three air conditioning units in the home to keep you cool in summer. The home is a wonderful value for families to relax and it’s filled with board games, books, high-speed wifi, and a smart flat-screen TV. The outside patio area has a BBQ as well as an outdoor table perfect for watching the kids in the pool and overlooking a big wide waterfront Gold Coast canal.
