Positive: Apartment is spacious so is the terrace. Building is new and fresh. Apartment is well equipped and beds are comfortable.
Negative: A/C working on its own terms, so cooling down takes ages. Building is right in the middle of big construction site which is not to be completed anywhere soon. The biggest disappointment is the view. Description „Waterfront view” is totally misleading as you do not get the sea view neither from the inside nor the sofa on the balcony. All you can see is a massive gray wall. Check in was a disaster: lady not speaking English, not really knowing where the keys were so we ended up spending almost an hour to finally get inside the apt after long road trip with kids. Contact with the host was poor or even nonexistent at some times. It took 2 days to get the info where the car park was, so we had to leave the car outside the building for two nights. I would not recommend that apartment to tourists.
Summary: Great disapointment - do not expect the sea view.
