This 1758 historic colonial has been comprehensively rebuilt and modernized while maintaining the original charm and significance appropriate to this special neighborhood. Incredibly located, the house is sited within a tranquil residential neighborhood walking distance to Belle's Cafe, The Newport Shipyard, downtown shopping, dining and restaurants.
The 1st floor includes living room with wet bar and fireplace, large custom kitchen with Sub-Zero, Wolf and Cove appliances, sunroom with dining area leading out to deck perfect for entertaining friends. A powder room and mudroom complete this floor.
The 2nd floor is comprised of primary bedroom suite, custom marble en-suite bath, walk in closet with W/D. A 2nd floor deck with stunning water views is accessed from the landing and primary bedroom. The 2nd bedroom features queen bed, western exposure, en-suite bath with tub/shower, walk in closet. The 3rd bedroom with en-suite.
The 3rd floor has 4th bedroom with king bed, custom closets, a shared full hallway bath, and 5th bedroom with 2 queen beds. The lower level has garage space, utility room, full sized laundry room, and family room.
