Summary: The unit was just what we needed. Clean, comfortable, affordable and big enough for a family of five. Location was perfect, right near the beach and a 20min walk to Cavill Ave. Is an older style building that looks to have had some reno's lately, very clean and well maintained. Would only say the bathrooms could use a revamp. But was not a game changer. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great with communication and any issues are rectified straight away.
