Newly renovated, quiet townhome offers a warm and welcoming respite whether at the end of a work shift, while visiting friends and family, or working from your temporary home. It is centrally located near hospitals and parks, and located within a short drive to freeways. Just .6 miles (a 12 minute walk) from Childrens Hospital and a short distance from downtown Columbus and German Village with its charming brick streets, restaurants and coffee shops. It is only a 15 minute drive to the airport and 10 minutes to Ohio State University.
This two-story plus basement middle unit of a brick tri-plex has a spacious parking area in the back offering ample off-street parking. Your first floor entry can be accessed through a private front door or back door, both with smart keypad locks that will be personalized with a code of your choice prior to check-in. The tri-plex is surrounded by single family homes.
The first floor includes a spacious and warmly decorated living room with an electric fireplace within a classic mantle, comfy sectional sofa and 50" Smart television.
