Positive: Great Location in the old town, but in a calm area. Friendly, helpful and proactive host. Daily cleaning service. Big appartment. Lots of bathrooms. Swimming pools available in the building complex.
Negative: You need to pay in cash (or Colombian Bank transfer), which isn’t very handy for international travelers, as some ATMs limit the amount you can withdraw. The exact costs are not very clear. There are some service fees as well as a 30k COP fee per person for the building’s facilities. The private terrace is great but would need some chairs to be able to enjoy it.
