Summary: Our check-in experience at Vinpearl was a bit underwhelming. After a long trip, we expected a smoother arrival, but unfortunately ran into some delays and confusion. It wasn’t the best first impression. However, once we raised the issue with the manager, Tuyet, she stepped in quickly and handled the situation professionally, which we genuinely appreciated. The staff overall were polite and welcoming, and their attentiveness did help to ease the frustration. It’s also worth noting that the hotel is quite far from the old town, so be prepared for a bit of travel if that’s where you plan to spend most of your time. All in all, the check-in wasn’t ideal, but it was reassuring to see that concerns were taken seriously and addressed promptly.
