Positive: The structure is beautiful, the room okay. tand the location is really nice. The girl that helped with the breakfast was lovely. but the rudeness and the lack of hospitality of the rest of the staff ruined our stay.
Negative: the staff is horrible, extremely rude and no level of service at all. When we arrived we were not welcomed but the person behind the desk just watched at us and kept staying in his seat with his back to us. We felt really uncomfortable. they next day when we went to check out, we asked them if we could leave our bags at the reception, to not leave them in the car as we would go into Siena, and did not want to leave valuables in the car. and they responded that actually they were closing today and were not sure if they would still be in the structure at 13 in the afternoon for us to pick up their bags. and also during this interaction they were very rude (and note, we were not informed about this closing before hand or when we checked in). when we came back at 12 we arrived to a closed gate. which after 10 minutes was finally responded to.
