Positive: The house was quite clean It was nice that each room had its own bathroom
Negative: THERE WERE SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS INSIDE THE PROPERTY!!! We found at least 3 video cameras inside the property, one of them was just in front of one of the toilets!!! This is ilegal and we will try to figure it out with responsible authorities in Spain or EU. There is an ant infestation in the kitchen and you cannot leave any food unattended because the ants will make it disappear. There are problems with the water pump. One day we had no water in the house for more than 2 hours. I tried calling the host but he didn't answer arguing he was busy in other call. He didn't care that we didn't have water in the house. Half of the lights on the property were not working (in some of the rooms, in the pool, in the garden). I mentioned it to the owner on our first day but he did nothing. Most of the things in the house are old and need to be changed: the fridge door did not stay closed, the dishwasher was full of rust, the bathrooms were moldy, I ended up with a door handle in my hand etc. The air conditioning can't cool enough in the living room and it was always too hot in there The communication with the owner was very bad and hard. He didn't seem to care about our problems.
