Villa Rosanna is an elegant villa, located in the San Lorenzo area. On foot, two hundred meters, you will reach the sea. The beach, golden sand, is one of the most beautiful in Sicily; the sea, crystal clear, is colored with beautiful shades of green and blue.
About three kilometers away is the village of Marzamemi, with its charming old town, restaurants, bars and shops of the beautiful square Regina Margherita; immediately after Pachino with its Island. The Vendicari nature reserve is a five minute drive. A 18 km is the beautiful baroque city of Noto and again Siracusa, Catania, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa.
A wrought iron gate and a paved driveway giving access to the house. Outside overlooking a manicured Mediterranean garden. A wide veranda in communication with the kitchen, parking, barbeque area, two showers to use the return from the sea, complete outer space.
The villa is invisible from the outside and this guarantees absolute privacy and the opportunity to enjoy moments of relaxation in every corner of the house.
Downstairs the living area consists of an entrance hall, a large kitchen-living room, bathroom with laundry.
On the first floor the house has two bathrooms and four bedrooms: one double, two doubles and a single, for a total of 7 comfortable beds. All rooms have large windows and verandas overlooking the garden. The villa is equipped with every comfort, including a centralized air conditioning system, burglar alarm and wi-fi internet connection.
There is an extra, not mandatory, of 10 euros per person for the initial supply of linen (sheets and three towels for the bathroom).
The consumption of electricity is counted with contascatti and charged at 25 cents per kwh.

Summary: Our family consisted of 2 grandparents, 2 children 11 & 8 and their parents. The house was spotless, with plenty of indoor and outdoor space. The 3 bathrooms were a huge asset with plenty of hot water, we made full use of the outdoor showers after we had been on the beach.The beds were comfortable. The street was quiet and the beach was a 2 minute walk away. We did have to ask for larger drinking glasses, a kettle and a gas lighter, which were provided fairly instantly. Enzo and Carmelo were very accommodating and were anxious that we had a good time. I would recommend this property for a family vacation,the beach was perfect for young children with plenty of opportunities to snorkel, surf and swim. We did have to travel to get provisions and eat out. Visits to Noto, Marzimemi, and the beaches in the National Park were a great success. I would certainly recommend Villa Rosanna for a family beach holiday in a fairly remote part of Sicily. Thank you Rosanna. Di Stangroom and the McKay family. Norfolk UK June 2018
