4BR house with a private pool & rooftop palapa boasting stunning ocean views & sunsets. With fast 500mbps wifi, complimentary use of beach chairs, towels, cooler & umbrellas, and a property manager available to assist you during your stay, our spacious house is perfect for families or groups of friends. It is 5 blocks from the beach with a supermarket, restaurants, galleries, cafes, hospital, taxi stand & ATM all within walking distance. Our water purification system ensures a worry-free stay.
The Space:
Our 4BR house features a large private pool, rooftop palapa with ocean views, and ample street parking. The house is a duplex (the bottom and upper units are mirror images of each other), but we are renting it all out as one 4BR house.
-- A ground floor unit with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, covered patio, pool and bbq area.
-- An upper floor unit with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, and balcony.
-- A rooftop sundeck and covered palapa area with table for an amazing sunset views and a great place for dinner/drinks.
Enjoy two fully equipped kitchens, two comfortable living areas, and four bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Each of the bedrooms have A/C as well as a ceiling/wall fans. The living/dining areas have ceiling fans as well and the 2nd bedroom on each floor is an open concept, allowing it to cool off the living area. The house was built with a multitude of french glass doors that open to allow a wonderful breeze to flow through the entire house.
The house also has fast fiber optic internet with 500 mbps speed, a safe, and complimentary use of beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas. The washer and dryer are available for use, and weekly cleaning is included for stays longer than 10 nights
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire 4BR house, including the private pool and private rooftop. The property manager will be available to assist with anything you may need during your stay.
The Neighborhood:
Bucerias is a charming Mexican town with a 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and authentic Mexican cuisine. Our house is located in a quiet area of the Golden Zone neighborhood, just a 5-7 minute walk from the beach. Within walking distance, you'll find a supermarket, restaurants, galleries, cafes, a hospital, taxi stand, and ATMs.
Getting Around:
Bucerias is very walkable. There is a bicycle rental shop 4 blocks away that also has e-bikes! Bucerias is a great spot for exploring everything Bahia de Banderas and the Riviera Nayarit have to offer. By Car / Taxi / Uber your place is only:

-- 10 minutes to Nuevo Vallarta
-- 25 minutes to Punta Mita
-- 35 minutes to Downtown Puerto Vallarta
