Positive: Very spacious villa Incredible view from pool Parking
Negative: Unfortunately for our stay the villa was not ready for our arrival. No towels, very ill fitting sheets on the beds, dirty pillows, no coffee machine or kettle and no gas (was empty). The hosts arrived at 21:30 that evening with towels and fresh linen for our master room. The gas was unable to be sorted and was the following day along with a kettle and coffee machine. We felt the Villa did not look like it does on booking.com all the colour had been removed, photos removed from the walls, rugs from the floor, no plants in the rooms and it felt like the Villa looked different to how it is advertised. We made the hosts aware of this disappointment and at the time they did see our point. Unfortunately I felt cleanliness was not up to scratch, there was a swarm of flies in the toilet which I think should always be checked prior to guest arrival. The Villa also suffers with ants (which is fine and to be expected) but please be aware there is a lot of ants and they will get into anything and everything. The hosts kindly left our guests some pastries in the middle of the week (as they were aware with our disappointment) the ants unfortunately attacked these. The hosts returned as we could not get the hot water to work in downstairs shower, they fixed and then sorted the ants. The pool had a small decking aware beware of some nails and missing wooden planks. We were unable to find the keys for the veranda doors for the spare room so unable to open. Bedrooms can be hot as only old AC in the main living area. Before and during our stay we had contact with 3 different people about the villa
Summary: Villa is very spacious and the pool has a fabulous view but we won’t be returning to this villa
