Welcome to our independent double Villa - ( each Villa is big 220 sqm) - on the island of Sardinia in Quartu Sant’Elena (Cagliari), next to the residential area of Margine Rosso, a very large green park, fully furnished, with swimming pool, tennis court, 4000 sqm well kept garden and a parking place for your cars.
The Villa of 195 square metres for rent - sleeps 8/9 - and consists of:
-an Attic with one double bedroom with safe, ensuite bathroom with shower and 2 terraces (one in front of the park and one in front of the pool and tennis court)
-a Ground floor with:
2 double bedroom with independent entrance from the garden and the pool
1 bedroom with a french bed (also suitable for couples)
1 little living room with a double sofa bed (suitable for children), with direct access to the pool
1 american kitchen with view over the park/garden, the pool and the tennis court and with independent entrance
1 finely furnished spacious living room with a very big white leather sofa, fireplace and independent entrance
1 bathroom with bath
2 terraces overlooking the garden, the pool and the tennis court
-Appliances and Equipment:
Water: electric boiler, water tank
Well-being: 12.000 btu air conditioning in the living room with cold / hot air, 9000 btu air conditioning in all bedrooms with cold / hot air, orthopedic mattresses, safe.
Outside: electric gate, 2/3 car park spaces, 4000 sqm garden around the Villa, pool with corner bar, tennis court, 1 barbecue, outside furniture, 2 outside showers, sunbeds in front of the pool
-External to the esclusive use of tenants:
1 porch furnished with bamboo sofa in front of the park
1 porch furnished with bamboo sofa in front of the pool
1 porch where you can have your meal in front of the pool
1 barbecue
2 outdoor showers
2/3 cars park
-External to the communal use ( tenants and the family of the owner):
4000 Sqm garden, pool (15 mt) with a bar corner, tennis court and electric-gate are in common use only with the owner who lives with his family in the other independent part of the double Villa.
Note:
The outdoor area of the Villa is shared only with the family of the owner. it means only with my family of 4/5 polite person.
We have 2 friendly Labrador dogs that will be closed in their special large and comfortable enclosure for the entire period of stay of the guests.
-Only the cost of the electricty, bed linen and towels and beach towels should be added to the price, if requested at the time of booking and the vat but only if due otherwise not.
-During the low season, before booking, please ask if the pool is open.
-WiFi upon request at the moment of the booking
-Available to rent all year round and it has also discounts for long stay.
-Our Villa is located at only 5 min. drive from the renowed white sandy beach of Poetto, at 5 min. drive from the center of Quartu Sant’ Elena and also from the supermarket, restaurant etc, at 15 min. from the center of Cagliari, at 20 min. drive from the Cagliari's airport, at 45 min. drive from Villasimius and at 50 min. drive from Santa Margherita di Pula, Nora, Chia etc.
In alternative, If you like you can also consider to rent one of our water front houses located in Villasimius in the exclusive area of Cala Caterina. The Villas could be rented also together from several families because are one just side by side the other. So, are all in the some position (= only 25 mt from the sea).
