- the other part of the 220 sq m semi-detached villa, with its own separate entrance, is inhabited only by the owner and his family, who ensure maximum welcome and availability to guests during their stay.

-For the sake of fairness, I would like to inform you that this holiday home of mine, as well as the other holiday homes on my website (where you can also find numerous reviews written by our guests), as well as being managed by me the owner - (through various portals, including those that allow booking without commission for the traveller and directly with the owner himself) - are also managed by tour operators. For this reason, in order to avoid the payment by me of costly contractual penalties, I will happily accept all bookings that arrive from the portal as long as I have been authorised in advance by the tour operator, which normally responds swiftly to my request for authorisation.
