The 6 bedrooms and 6.5 spa bath has been designed with attention to detail and luxurious Italian finishes. Enjoy the well designed Chef's Kitchen with a enormous marble island including top-of-the-line graphite black appliances, 20-foot wine cellar, perfect for entertaining. Dual master suites with views of the garden and the pool. The spa baths were designed with organic woods, stones as well as floor-to-ceiling marble and slate. The outdoor areas are designed to offer privacy and are perfect for entertaining family and friends - the dock is ready for your boat only minutes to open ocean access
We have 24 hour security cameras placed on outdoor perimeter, facing main door, and sides of home.
Home has noise decibel monitors in common areas to comply with house ordinances of the city
