Have peace of mind staying in this private, highly secure and spacious 4600 square foot home in a five home gated Cul-De-Sac. Enjoy our brand new resort-like pool and spa and a built in Firepit!
Step inside and be greeted by a grand foyer with soaring ceilings and abundant natural light that leads to a spacious living area with an open floor plan seamlessly connecting the living room, dining area, and gourmet kitchen. There is a covered front patio, large covered back patio, two upstairs decks with water views from front and back. Plenty of windows and doors to let in the fresh air providing a perfect setting for relaxing with family and friends.
Our kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large island with seating for casual dining. Prepare a culinary masterpiece while enjoying views of our backyard oasis through the window.
The four bedrooms each come with their own private ensuite bathroom, providing ultimate comfort and privacy for all guests. The master suite is a true retreat, boasting a plush king-sized bed and a spa-like ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and separate shower.
Step outside to the backyard oasis and experience true bliss. Lounge by the solar-heated pool, take a refreshing dip in the spa, or bask in the California sunshine on the comfortable outdoor seating. The backyard also features a BBQ grill, Fire Pit and a Waterfall creating a serene and tropical ambiance for relaxation and enjoyment.

-Oversize primary suite with a king size bed, attached office space with additional bed. Enormous soaking tub with separate shower, and two water closets/toilets in primary bath.
-Kids bedroom with twin over full bunk bed, couch, and full en suite with shower/tub combo and walk in closet.
-Additional bedroom with two full beds, en suite complete with shower/tub combo and walk in closet.
-Large loft with couch and big screen hanging TV.
-Full laundry room.
A few key notes you need to read up on. Thank you in advance!
1, This is a family friendly home, however it is not equipped with baby and toddler safety features. As noted, there is a pool and spa. All children and anyone who is not a strong swimmer must be monitored closely as there is no safety fence around the pool.
2. We have a security camera facing the driveway and street. This is not so we can intrude on any right to privacy, only for reference if there are any incidents during a stay.
3. The home has a Minut decibel monitor installed that will automatically send a notification to our guests if the noise levels become to much. We've found this to be helpful in preventing any issues with our neighbors!
4. There is a detached ADU (guest house) on the property that is occasionally used by owner and not available for guest use. It has a separate entrance and no shared spaces or amenities. The homes are separated by locked gates with no access to each other.
5. The Spa/Pool systems for heat, lighting, and the waterfall are controlled by a mobile app. The pool is solar-heated on a schedule via pumps through solar tubes. It will not heat when it is cold out. The Spa is Gas-heated and can be accessed for an additional $75 per day of use. Let us know if you'd like to use the system and we will guide you to get set up with the mobile app!
6. We allow up to two dogs. There is a flat $250 fee. Sorry no cats.
If any pet waste is left behind there will be an additional $100 fee.
Please try to avoid letting your pets use the artificial turf in the back yard. There is grass in the front yard that will be just fine for potty time!
7. If you'd need an early check-in/late check-out please ask us about the availability! There may be a $100 fee for an additional cleaning team member to insure the home is cleaned promptly if there is another guest the same day. If the timing of the early check-in or late check-out requires us to block any dates, there will be a $200 charge per date blocked. Otherwise we will accommodate as best as we can for no additional costs!
8. As mentioned above, the home is in a 5-home community cul-de-sac which is managed by an HOA. City of Encinitas noise ordinance is strictly enforced, quiet hours being between 10pm-8am. As stated in our City issued short term rental permit, their can only ever be 9 overnight guests. We are also permitted by Encinitas to have a maximum of 3 cars parked in the driveway at anytime. There is absolutely no street parking in the cul-de-sac. We will provide details about nearby street-parking after you make your reservation.
