Positive: Location was good. But the Villa is very difficult to find, even for locals. It’s down a narrow alley. The people who came to clean the property were very kind and friendly.
Negative: There was so much noise. We could easily hear people talking next door. There was consistent shouting from people walking outside. There was consistent noise from construction in nearby properties as well. When it rained, the water saturated the floor of the kitchen and made it very slippery. There was no way we could keep the water out.
Summary: Suitable if you have low expectations.
