Situated in a dominant and spectacular position in Chianti. Immersed in an enchanted landscape rich in contrasts, atmospheres, sounds and colours, it embraces elegance with a 360 degree view of the Tuscan hills. Its location between Florence and Siena makes it easy to reach all the main tourist destinations: Florence at 30 minutes and Siena at 20 minutes. Close to smaller villages such as San Gimignano and Radda in Chianti.
The outdoor spaces are characterised by a large lawn garden with stone walls. There is a beautiful swimming pool with hydromassage area, varying in depth from 0.50 to 1.4 metres. The pool is surrounded by a wooden floor and equipped with sun loungers and an outdoor shower. On the opposite side of the pool is a beautiful pergola equipped with table and chairs for outdoor breakfasts and nearby a wood-burning oven and brick barbecue.

The dependance is a special structure, created with the open concept of the living spaces, it allows a direct connection between the dining room and the living room and is characterised by large windows without curtains that allow you to live inside as if you were on the lawn on the ground floor. Five steps down lead to the fully equipped kitchen and 1 bathroom with shower. On the first floor is the formed sleeping area with a bed in the middle and a bathroom with Jacuzzi.
