Positive: Location was good less than 10 minutes walk from Puerto del Carmen
Negative: The villa was in need of general maintenance the shower was leaking water from the bathroom onto the floor and running into the hallway and few of the doors were sticking on floor and difficult to open no curtains or blinds on living room area. Lamp in living room not working some parts of the walls flaking and need fixing, sunbeds filthy and pool in need of cleaning all could have been fixed with regular maintenance needs to be addressed ASAP!
