Positive: Beautiful villa, great pool, great rooms, great garden and great location (very close by to beach and restaurants etc) Would not hesitate to go again in our next Bali trip and would recommend to any family.
Negative: The property could not have been better. Only thing that can improve is the attention levels of staff - they were not responsive at times and did not really cater for any additional requests like finding someone for massage, for hair beads, for tours etc (we were spoiled with attention and willingness to help of staff in all other locations in Bali)
Summary: Simply lovely!
