Positive: The villa is located in a great area, the place is quiet and there is plenty of outdoor space.
Negative: The villa is beautiful but poorly maintained. We found a few things not working, such as broken mosquito nets (we slept very well with the air conditioning and windows closed, but this meant we couldn't sleep with the windows open; a shame, because we could have slept a few nights with a pleasant breeze and the sound of the sea) and two clogged drains. We asked for a plunger to try unclogging them ourselves, but received no response. We had to find our own solutions. Finally, the smell from the bathroom was quite unpleasant, although this was probably not the fault of the owner but rather of a poorly designed septic tank (missing siphon?). The quality, perhaps due to a desire to save money, didn't seem to match the price.
