There's also a laundry room and separate WC.

The staircase leads to a master suite occupying the entire first floor. Here you'll enjoy a 200*200cm king-size bed, a bathroom with shower and bath, a dressing area and separate WC. Its splendid sea view is the first thing you'll see when you wake up.

If you're looking for a nice, quiet place to telework, Ar Vag offers you an office space upstairs with a beautiful sea view, or the living room with an equally splendid view. What's more, you'll benefit from a high-speed internet connection (100mb/s downstream on average).

Outside, you'll enjoy an enclosed garden of over 1950m² with trees, a SPA and direct access to a secluded section of the Créac'h an Avel beach, guaranteeing swimming and a peaceful space for you and your children.

You'll have noticed that a cleaning fee is included in the rental price. This includes maintenance and disinfection, but not a full cleaning. This means that you will be asked to clean the house daily, as well as manage your own waste. If you do not wish to maintain the house during your stay, it is entirely possible to ask us for an additional cleaning service which will be invoiced to you (35€/h). We understand if you don't want to take care of these things during your vacation. Please let us know so that we can arrange to meet your needs.
