Charming 3/2 cottage located in the historic Surfside Community of Vilano. Once this home belonged to the Capo Family who brought visitors from downtown St Augustine across the Intercoastal on a ferry to the beach in the 1920’s. Today, you can enjoy the vintage vibe, with modern conveniences. Only 2 min walk to Surfside Beach! This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is perfect for small families, girls weekends or little romantic get aways. Beautiful fenced back yard, 2 blocks to public tennis courts and pickleball. Walking distance to grocery store and restaurants and across the street from the beach. One small dog will be permitted with a $100 non refundable pet fee.

Summary: Great house with an excellent location, close enough to get to St Augustine quickly and far enough away to avoid any crowds. We walked across the street to the beach every day and we ate at many great restaurants, shopped in the Historic District, saw the Lightner Museum and more. We would recommend anyone who is looking for a place in the area to stay at the Vilano Beach Cottage.
