Positive: Newly re-constructed house Parking availability Host was very nice and polite Very clean Quiete location
Negative: Missing aircon on the room - only available in kitchen. Kitchen and living room are shared with other guests (in my case there were luckily no other people in the house). This can be not ideal during “peak” breakfast / dinner time Outdoor patio need some care - too much weeds all around the place. Bath hot water temperature could be higher - was ok in hot summer, but water temperature in bath was around 35-37 degrees Celzius only.
