Summary: We stayed for a week. We appreciated that there was a first-floor ensuite bedroom/bathroom, and two additional full bathrooms upstairs. The four bedrooms were nice enough. I reported a few problems to the manager, and they were addressed promptly. Be prepared to buy (or bring with you) the basic things like seasonings (salt/pepper), Ziplocs or other storage bags, foil/parchment paper, dish and laundry detergent, shampoo... the normal things, but just a heads-up in case you haven't stayed in these places before. One small disappointment was no [additional] towels for the pool, but a quick trip to a Disney discount store resulted in towels we could keep. The property definitely needs a little love: some paint touch-ups, fix the ice maker, put plugs in the sinks; the sofas in the one main room were very low and my elderly in-laws had trouble standing up from them. Also recommend getting your own drinking water if you're not used to the local tap water - it smelled very strongly of sulfur. Not the owner's fault, just a reality. The kitchen was adequate for our needs. We were able to get to and from the Disney parks without using toll roads, which was a plus. Way less expensive than staying on Disney property, and more comfortable. The property is in a gated community, so make sure you come through the main gate when arriving.
