In the resort Dervio, 9 km from the centre of Varenna, 30 km from the centre of Lecco, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet, 900 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. Private: property 5'000 m2, terraced garden, natural garden, swimming pool (above ground) angular (3 x 2 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. On the rock walls surrounding the house, the millennia of formation by the glacier that gave rise to what is now Lake Como is clearly visible. From here there is an exceptional view of Dervio and the entire central part of Lake Como, as far as Bellagio and the island of Comacina.
