Take the golf cart and 5 minutes away from Brownwood Square where you can shop, eat and dance. Or take the golf cart and swim noodles over to the family pool. Go to Sawgrass for ice cream or coffee and play an 18 hole putting green. Beautiful walking trails and boardwalk overlooking Lake Okahumpka.
This new home’s eat in kitchen and coffee bar is equipped with everything you would need for your stay. Electric couch and lounging chair with large TV in adjoining living area. Or spend time out on the lanai lounging on the patio furniture or having a meal at the outdoor eating area.
Master bedroom with an adjustable king bed and walk in handicap accessible shower.
