Welcome to Our Point of View!
Our Point Of View is a spacious 4BR/4.5BA newer mountain home in The Forest at Fox Den. Centrally located between Boone and Blowing Rock, all that the High Country offers is minutes away. Central heat and air conditioning, upscale furnishings and finishes, high-speed WiFi internet, expanded digital cable programming, Smart HDTVs, a gas grill, and an outdoor fire pit are just some of the amenities that Our Point Of View offers.

The main floor open-concept living room, dining area, and kitchen have vaulted tongue-and-groove ceilings and hardwood floors. The living room has new leather furniture and a gas log fireplace with a 43" UltraHD Smart TV and BluRay/DVD player. The kitchen has granite counters, stainless appliances with a gas cooktop/range, and a granite center island with bar stools for additional dining. The dining table seats ten (10) while three (3) more can sit at the island. There is a mudroom and a half bathroom/powder room just inside the front door. The primary master suite is on the main level and has a king-size bed, a 40" HD smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a double sink granite vanity, a large slate tiled shower, a walk-in closet, and a water closet.
The rear covered deck is off the living and dining areas and the master bedroom. It has a gas grill, an outdoor dining table and boasts a year-round mountain view!
The middle level features a movie room/den with a comfy leather loveseat and a 60" HD Smart TV. It has a BluRay/DVD player and DVR capabilities. Leading from the den are three (3) bedrooms and two (2) bathrooms. The "mini master" has a queen bed, a 32" wall-mounted HD Smart TV, a walk-in closet and private access to a Jack-and-Jill full bathroom with a granite double sink vanity and a tub and shower. The bunk room features a twin-over-queen, log-hewn bunk bed. The third bedroom on the middle level has a queen bed, mountain views, and access to the middle deck through glass doors. Between the bunk room and the queen bedroom is another full bathroom with a granite double sink vanity and an oversized shower. There is also a laundry closet with a washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors access the rear deck from the central den.
The first floor, lower level, features a large game room with a new 8-foot slate pool table. There is a comfy leather sofa that opens up to a queen bed. There is a fourth full bathroom off of the game room which is a treat for those who sleep on the queen sofa bed. Another rear covered deck off the game room has exterior steps leading to the side and rear yard. In the side yard is a wood-burning fire pit which guests are sure to enjoy.
