Summary: Seems like a brand new renovation so very nice downstairs, decent bedrooms, has a pool, pool table, on the water, etc. Host was also excellent about helping us rent a golf cart. However, a bunch of small things weren't great. The Wi-Fi was very weak over the entire apartment, the TV remote didn't work so we couldn't turn it on, the showers took a while (10-20 minutes) to go from cold water to hot water, and finding the location of the place was very hard--we didn't get the final location until days before we were supposed to arrive which made organizing taxis difficult. The location is fine, it's a little further from stuff than you'd think from a map because it's deep on a private alcove that only has one way in and out.
