Suitable for either long or short stays and with a quick and easy walk to the beach, with its world class shelling, or to the refreshing pool, this unit sleeps six and is tastefully decorated, freshly painted and with wood-tile floors throughout. Well-stocked kitchen with all expected appliances, plenty of counter and cabinet space and tray lighting and fan. Washer and dryer in the unit. The living area is decorated in beige-blue-green theme with conversational seating for six. Free WiFi, Cable TV and NETFLIX in each room with elevated flat panel TV in the master bedroom and in the guest bedroom there is a Genesis 40 game console for the kids (young and old). Other entertainment options include a closet loaded with board/card games for all ages for those infrequent rainy afternoons. Comfortable bedroom furniture with new mattresses including a king bed in master and moveable twins in guest bedroom. Both bathrooms recently remodeled with walk-in rain shower in master bathroom. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Beach chairs and other beach amenities supplied. Screened lanai with chairs and table for coffee/tea and relaxation, especially in the early morning and early evening.
