Positive: It was in close proximity to the Sant-Charles station. It was clean and had everything I needed
Negative: The area is less than OK. I am travelling as a single female and I did not feel safe. The entry to the place was cumbersome and I wasn’t left a fob to make that easier. Because of this I didn’t go out to get food the first night for fear of not getting back in. Also there was a person sleeping at the elevator entrance when I left and a lot of drug debris outside. The advertising purports to be an apartment, within a complex that lets you believe there is a reception of sorts but it’s far from that. The management were responsive however to letting me in via the phone and were also rather pushy about leaving the place clean including putting dishes away and leaving on time or they would charge me. I booked through booking .com to get a hotel type of accommodation, I felt it was more like an Air BnB style accommodation. The management have since contacted me to show me their many other sites. I took photos to ensure they had no comeback to charge me further.
Summary: Do not stay here unless you are male or travelling with a male.
