Vous disposez au rez de chaussé d'une grande pièce à vivre de 40 m² environ très cocooning, avec un espace séjour équipé d'un canapé convertible neuf, d'une TV grand écran, canal +, et d'un poêle à bois qui crée une ambiance chaleureuse, et d'un espace cuisine avec îlot central et tout le nécessaire dont cafetière, Nespresso, micro-onde, grand four combiné congélation, lave-vaisselle, lave linge, etc. WC .
Ses murs intérieurs Sud et Est sont en pierre de granit rose et comptent de nombreuses niches dont une à usage de petite bibliothèque.
Les chambres et la salle d'eau avec le deuxième WC sont à l'étage. Vous disposez également d'un canapé convertible.
Les 3 literies sont neuves et de qualité.
