Positive: very close to the beach, spacey, and nice apartment nice view
Negative: nearly not really parking possibilities, only public parking space. I will not imagine how difficult it will became in summer… apartment was not heated. At our arrival. The heating system was not working. We tried with the air condition to heat up the room. Very annoying.
Summary: Nice apartment in nice location, watch out for your car!!
