Our guest house is a two bedroom, roomy fully air conditioned home and sits in the heart of the historic Sam Hughes Neighborhood just 1 block from the U of A. Our guest house has high vaulted ceilings, unique and comfortable furnishings and is able to accommodate 4 adults or a family quite nicely. I can place a small pak & play in a bedroom for a fifth person, but 5 normal size people doesn't work unless you really want to be close. We have a secured gated courtyard for bike storage, two parking spaces, full size kitchen with all needed appliances including microwave, plate settings, pots/pans and coffee maker. The living space has bar seating, a flat screen TV, Sling, ROKU,Netflix, anntena local tv & WiFi , ceiling fans,AC and a love seat and two chairs. We have provided a washer,dryer,iron/board & blow dryer for your convenience and the courtyard features a patio for evening visits. One bedroom is furnished with two comfy twin beds, luxury sheets and plenty of closet space. The tastefully decorated second bedroom has a brand new beauty rest king bed with luxury bedding and a large closet. The full size bathroom has both a shower and tub for your convenience along with luxurious towels and hand-made soaps to make your stay extra special! The U of A is just one block away, with the University Medical Center across the street. A Whole foods Market and a Safeway are within a mile, along with Reid Park (Tucson's largest park with two 18-hole public golf courses, Reid Park Zoo, Randolph Tennis Complex, Aquatic Center, and a 6 mile tree lined bike/walking path). We sit 3 blocks from the lush and very active Himmel Park and just a short walk to our favorite local Rincon Market/Deli and Bob Dobb's Pub on game days. The street car "link" route is 1 block from our door at Speedway and Campbell and an easy route to the vintage and unique shops of Fourth Ave., University Ave., museums, wonderful eateries, theaters and more. I can assist you with any directions and reservations if needed. Please understand that weekly and monthly pricing is for all months except the Gem Show Jan. 19 thru Feb. 18. This rate is $850 for a week and $3000 for the 31 days, which is about $95 a night for a two bedroom house/peak time. The nightly rate is $150 during Gem Show. I look forward to hosting you.
