Sleeps 15 adults (plus bassinet and pack-n-play for little ones) with sauna, A/C, fully stocked kitchen, two living rooms with Roku/XBox 360/Nintendo, workstation, children's toys, and an outdoor entertainment area. Located near Loon's Foot landing for Lake Superior access, Barker's Island, Duluth's Canal Park, DECC (Duluth Entertainment Convention Center), hiking/biking trails, and so much more. Happy times ahead!
The property is tucked in a safe, quiet neighborhood under a mile from Lake Superior. The air conditioned home is open-flowing throughout the main level living room, kitchen, and dining room. A fully stocked kitchen with dinnerware, Calphalon pots/pans, crockpot, 12-cup coffee machine, cooking/baking supplies, and air fryer will make your trip turn into a cook's dream! 5-star mattresses have been provided in the bedrooms accompanied by bedside tables with outlets/USB inputs for charging phones. The upstairs living room has a queen sized pullout couch and 55” television with built in Roku (BYOL - bring your own logins). Extra blankets, comforters, and pillows are stored in the main level hallway closet. Downstairs you'll find the second living room with gas fireplace, video game consoles (XBox 360 and old school Nintendo unit), and a designated work space with desk and ergonomic chair. The sectional couch has several reclining sections that lay flat for sleeping surfaces. There is a bassinet and pack-n-play crib available to move into any bedroom for little ones. Two twin-sized mattresses are also set aside for additional sleepers making sleeping arrangements flexible. A three-quarters bathroom with sauna sits off the hallway towards the play area/4th bedroom which is filled with toys and daybed mattresses (which can also be placed throughout the house as needed). A queen-sized air mattress is tucked in this room’s closet with spare blankets and pillows. Plenty of room for everybody!
