Guests can enjoy being immersed in nature and swim in the large private pool but also be a short drive away from the attractions of Alberobello, Locotrotondo, Monopoli and Ostuni. The space
The approach to the Trullo is along a private level road flanked by Cherry trees. The house is made up of one large trullo which serves as the kitchen, a large lounge, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It has level access to the rear.
The lounge has comfortable seating for 4 and guests. Large glazed doors overlook the large private pool and landscape beyond. There is a smart TV and free Wifi. There are 2 air conditioning units serving the lounge and hallway outside the bedrooms.
The Trullo kitchen is a well equipped spacious and comfortable space with a dining table for 6 people and a double bed settee. Its equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave and coffee machine. You should find all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you would need in your own home. We provide a welcome pack on arrival which includes the kitchen being stocked with local olive oil, vinegar, mineral water, other condiments and cleaning materials.
The 2nd bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds, one double wardrobe and a sets of drawers. The twins can be converted to a double bed if required.
The main bedroom has a king size bed, double wardrobe and set of drawers (6). There is a private shower room with wc leading on from this bedroom.
The family bathroom is equipped with a washing machine and laundry equipment. (Iron/ironing board and cleaning materials). It has a over bath shower, sink, bidet and WC.
Leading on to the terrace there is a raised good sized dining area with dining table and 6 chairs.
To the side of the property you will find the B-B-Q area and seating area.
Guest access
All of the home is for the exclusive use of our guests. Feel free to take a walk on the lower levels of the land in front of the trullo and pick any fruit you can find.
Other things to note
Castellana Grotte imposes a Tourist Tax on individuals over the age of 12 years. This will be collected on arrival. 2 Eurp per night for a maximum of 5 nights.
Private transport is needed to get around the area.
The trullo is situated in a quiet rural area but there may be occasional tractor noise.
Please do not feed any stray cats or dogs. They will enjoy your company but the next guests may not appreciate this.
